We accept return or refund requests if:

Note: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Clear photos of the item and packaging are required.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
🕒 Processing Time
Once your request is submitted with photos and order details, we’ll review it within 48 hours in collaboration with our supplier (CJdropshipping). If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement item
